This stage usually develops gradually without proper attention, especially in the developing countries. Adolescence is a particular vulnerable group and need special health care. Care of the reproductive organs lays the foundation for the world’s demographic future to find out the pattern of reproductive health problem among the adolescent girls aged 13-18 years.† â€Å"The World Health Organisation defines in 1996, adolescence as the period of life between ages 10 and 19 years. International conference on population and development (ICPD) defines Reproductive Health as â€Å"Complete state of Physical, Mental and Social well-being and not merely an absence of disease and infirmity, in all matters related to reproductive systems, functions and disease†. Over the last decade or so, there has been an increasing interest in adolescents throughout the world†. Methods:- This study was conducted among the female students of higher secondary college at Tarikere taluq, chickmagaluru dist. Total students of the institution were 300 out of them total 126 students were selected by using lottery method. A structured questionnaire were modified and finalised for data collection.
